Russ Parr
Russ is a co-host for TV One's original series, Get the Hook Up. With a coast-to-coast
radio, voice-over, television, comedic, and recording career spanning more than
twenty years, Russ Parr is best known as the hilarious host of the top-rated, nationally
syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show. |
In the mid 80's Russ owned and ran his own recording label, Rapsur Records. He eventually
signed with Eazy E's Ruthless Records and his alter ego Bobby Jimmy was produced
by the likes of Dr Dre and DJ Pooh. Bobby Jimmy and the Critters sold millions of
records.
Although Russ started out behind the camera at ABC TV as Production Services Director,
stand up comedy was one of his first passions. Russ has appeared in other television
programs including "Martin."

Alfredas
Alfredas is a co-host for TV One's original series, Get the Hook Up. Originally
from Oak Cliff, Texas, Alfredas is the entertainment reporter and personality on
the Russ Parr Morning Show. The youngest of 4 girls, Alfredas grew up in the heart
of the Oak Cliff, Texas.

Alfredas has been in tons of national commercials and print ads. She can also be
seen in several movies including 'Miss Congeniality' as the reigning Miss USA and
'Servicing Sarah' as Cedric the Entertainer's secretary.
Alfredas began her broadcasting career as an intern for FOX TV in Dallas. She soon
became co-host and entertainment reporter for the Russ Parr Morning Show. This led
to successful stints as a co-host on a regional TV series as well as a radio co-host
position working with Donnie Simpson.
