Clinical psychologist, professional speaker, parenting, teen and relationship expert as well as devoted father, Dr. Tartt knows what he’s talking about when it comes to mending broken hearts.
A graduate of both Morehouse College and the University of Michigan, where he was one of the youngest African-Americans to receive his PhD in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Tartt has shared his wisdom on a national scale with appearances on Fantasia For Real, ABC Nightline, MTV’s Made, CBS Radio, BET Networks, TVOne’s Black Men Revealed as well as several radio broadcasts.
With a specific interest in teen culture, Dr. Tartt teaches young women on issues of self empowerment and is currently partnered with author/publisher Curtis Benjamin on Saving Our Daughters Volume 5: Who Will Save the Little Girlwhich is supported by Dr. Maya Angelou and Janet Jackson to stop bullying, teen suicide and pregnancy.
He’s also authored the book The Ring Formula: How to Be The Only Woman He Ever Needs and is a regular contributor to Today’s Black Woman, Solo Woman Magazine and Sister 2 Sister magazine.
