Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Episode 17 : Finger Food

Ingredients

6 large scallops
1 teaspoon salt
3 slices uncooked bacon
1 teaspoon olive oil

Procedure

1.  Season scallops with salt and pepper.

2. Take slices of bacon and cut in half. Wrap ½ slice of bacon around each scallop.  Repeat until all scallops are completed.

3. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil.

4. Spread olive oil on parchment paper with a pastry brush then place wrapped scallops on paper.

5. Place in oven at 325 – 350 for 10 – 15 minutes degrees. Bake until bacon is cooked and scallops have browned.
