Joan Rivers as a knack for the offensive joke, but her latest victim – Rihanna – has a sense of humor all her own and wasted no time popping back at the comedy legend after Joan tweeted: “Rihanna confessed to Oprah Winfrey that she still loves Chris Brown. Idiot! Now it’s MY turn to slap her.”
In response, Rihanna wrote: “Wow u really do get slow when you’re old huh?
Slap on some diapers.”
Joan didn’t offer a snappy comeback, instead writing to the pop star: “Honey, @Rihanna, everyone knows: If he hit you once, he’ll hit you again. Read the statistics. PS – Love to have you on Fashion Police!”
If you watch Fashion Police, you know that this isn’t the first time Joan has offered that critique of Rihanna’s attack at the hands of Chris Brown.
I’m going to assume Rih-Rih won’t be on the show to hear it anytime soon, though, even if she’s perfect to guest on the popular series.
