Kris Humphries is doing all that he can to drag his divorce from Kim Kardashian out – so much so that she may still be married to him when she gives birth to Kanye West’s baby. As some of your cousins have pointed out on the Facebook, in certain states Kim’s marriage to Kris would legally make him her child’s dad. Well, thankfully she won’t be giving birth to her kid in one of those states with that silly law.

"Unless Kim Kardashian gives in to Kris’ demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth, a source close to the situation tells Radar.
On Friday, February 15 — the day after Valentine’s Day — Kim and Kris’ divorce lawyers will be in court setting a date for the trial. The earliest the trial that can be scheduled would be the middle of June to accommodate Kris’s basketball schedule. His team, the Nets is now in second place in its division, and the play-offs don’t end until June.
Kim — who’s three months pregnant — will likely give birth in late June.
"Kris isn’t trying to drag this out, but he wants to be vindicated in court. Kris will see this through to the end" the source tells us exclusively.
